Our philosophy at integr8 Plans is that our responsibility to clients and ourselves goes beyond a transactional relationship. We believe the best approach to financial and professional planning requires an active integration of specialists who are all cohesively focused on our client’s goals, protection and financial success.
Many individuals have a trusted financial advisor, an attorney, an insurance agent and an accountant. But, are all of those professionals working together for the client’s common goal and with the client’s best interests in mind? Are there potential gaps between the professions that could result in unintended but impactful mistakes? It was specifically that challenge that inspired the creation of integr8, our proprietary process that blends and refines our client’s total financial plan.
The integr8 Process brings tremendous value by utilizing strategies designed to reduce financial blind spots, navigate confusing professional landscapes, remove redundancy and reduce overall stress for the client. The result is the comfort of knowing that the client’s entire financial plan is unified.
Only you can tell us where you are now and where you want to be in the future. The initial information exchange will establish your financial picture and family demographic, giving you the opportunity to communicate your goals, objectives and fears. Getting to know you is the first step in Integrated Planning, education will come later. Giving advice without all of the facts would be like selling a car without a steering wheel.
During this stage of Data Collection we will request certain information necessary to properly evaluate the preparation and protection you already have in place. It is noteworthy how many clients are surprised to find out their interpretation of a plan, whether legal or financial, is much different than the reality.
During this step the documents, data and points of discovery are both dissected into a profile for each professional group of integr8 but also assembled into an interwoven snapshot where the individual professions would intersect within the overall plan. It is at this stage that the Big Picture is formed and any initial threats are identified.
Upon receiving your current profile and your intended target, each Professional Group of integr8 will be consulted in their specific area of expertise. The result is an analysis of the efficiency of the steps you have already taken, a detailed explanation of any potential danger and an unbiased, suggested course of action. The benefit of this approach gives each Individual Group access to the planning of all of the other Professional Groups, thus integrating the overall plan.
Once the findings and advice are received from each of integr8's Groups, the next stage of mapping and design begins! Your Advisor will deliver the analysis, counsel and action steps from each Group. The entire Statement of integr8 will be a client-centric, clearly-defined strategy designed to avoid financial blindspots and integrate secular lines.
Once the action steps of the plan have been prioritized, integr8's support system will take much of the work off of your shoulders. Your Advisor will systematically engage each pertinent Group and/or your preferred Professionals to implement the strategy defined in the integr8 Statement of Work. The accurate completion of each area of your plan will be overseen by your Team.
We believe that the completion of your integr8 Process will bring a sense of satisfaction and confidence that every step you have taken was an investment for both you and your loved ones. We also cannot know where we are going if we do not know where we have been. Integr8's standard of confidential record-keeping and dedication to detail are essential to the ongoing success of each client's integr8 Process.
Revisit. Review. Regroup. The completion of the integr8 Process is not the end, it is the beginning of professional relationship that will require ongoing attention, education and responsiveness. Our responsibilities are not only to you, but also to the Plan that you entrusted with us and the future generations you have worked so hard for. Our goal is to support your Legacy.

Trey holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona and earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2014. He remains dedicated to ongoing professional development to stay current in an ever-changing financial landscape.
Trey proudly served for 10 years with the Arizona Army National Guard as a Ranger Qualified Infantry Officer. Giving back to those who have served—and continue to serve—is a core passion of his.
Outside of work, Trey’s greatest priority is his family. He and his wife are raising two daughters and enjoy spending time together, staying active, and creating meaningful family memories. His role as a husband and father reinforces his belief in long-term planning, stewardship, and building a strong foundation for future generations.
